We have several events that repeat on a monthly basis. We run a report where we export the CSV of events for administrators to see and double-check information. We’d like it if an event series that say starts in April and occurs monthly on the second Saturday until the end of the year showed up in the CSV every month following so it doesn’t look like the event is missing from the month we’re reviewing.

You’d like to hide the past events from the widget, but display them in the exported csv file, right?
If so, you can just temporarily enable the displaying of the Past events on the Layout tab, export the CSV file and then disable the Show Past Events toggle:
