  Does anyone know if Text Messages can be sent by consumers to the business using the CTA Button “Send messages”

Unfortunately, it’s impossible to send SMS there, but you can add a link to one of your messengers and users will be redirected there to start chat. For example, here us the correct link format for WhatsApp:
