Has the issue of adjusting the email sender so that it does not appear as ā€œnotifications@forms.elfsightmail.comā€ still not been resolved?

Unfortunately, there is no option to change the sender at the moment. I am really sorry!

We do understand the importance of this feature and such a request is already added to the Wishlist. Iā€™ve moved your comment to the related discussion, where weā€™ll keep you in the loop :slightly_smiling_face:

Itā€™s a shame that it hasnā€™t been taken into consideration all this time, since itā€™s a purely technical but also very important issue. Itā€™s also a shame because apps have been released with much fewer votes while in this case itā€™s not even mentioned.

I wish I could share any update, @user18401, but we donā€™t have any progress on this request as yet, Iā€™m very sorry :pensive:

Since we have over 2000 requests on the wishlist, our dev team has to consider the most popular ideas first, and right now they are working on developing other features. I think this request has gained quite a lot of votes too, and I hope weā€™ll include this idea in one of our future releases :pray:t2:

Hello Helga, i do also think this request for sending emails from private domains and not elfsight is a priorty for many like myself who use your products and it should be prioritized to the top. If it is not going to happen i would rather know upfront. Forms are an intregal part of conmunicating today. I do not think its popularity that should drive requests but rather functionality that drives users and business . Thank you for your time. Just my thoughts on the topic.

It seems I was wrong (fortunately!) about there being no updates ā€” quite the opposite! This feature is currently in the Design stage, which means itā€™s officially in the ā€œIn Progressā€ status now!

My apologies for the confusion! Iā€™ll make sure to post here if thereā€™s any other news :slight_smile:

The design phase has been completed, and this feature is now ready for development. However, itā€™s currently blocked by some ongoing service tasks, which weā€™re actively addressing. For this reason, itā€™s hard to share the ETA at the moment.

Once the service tasks are finished, weā€™ll start working on the development of this functionality. Weā€™ll be posting here in case of any changes :slightly_smiling_face:
