We currently have our team showcase for our providers. With each provider there is an external link attached to their picture to direct to our telehealth platform. We have gotten the request if there is a way to adjust the time frame that people are allowed to click the link to direct them to the external website. For example our providers are receiving requests that people are in their waiting rooms on the external website because people are able to click the external link at all hours. We would like to be able to adjust the hours that someone is able to click the external link to be added to the wait room for our telehealth platform. I see there is this option for the “Click to Call” widget but I am request for the schedule option to be available for links within the Team Showcase widget.
