We’re happy to say that now it’s possible to add a custom text to reviews without text in our Reviews widgets 
You can set the custom review text in the Edit Texts section on the Settings tab:
If you don’t want to add the text to such reviews, you can easily remove it from the settings 
Such reviews won’t be included in the Schema markup, since the reviews with the same text may affect the page rating.
