I’ve just checked your widgets and see that only review that doesn’t show up has been left 20 hours ago. Thus, your widgets haven’t been affected by the current issue and the reviews didn’t appear right away because of the cache.
Our widget uses a cache system to make everything load faster and reduce the server load. So the reviews are updated every 72 hours. Just in case, this information is also available in our Help Center — Why my reviews are not being updated.
If it’s been more than 72 hours and the review still didn’t show up, please let me know. I’ll be happy to check things
