Restaurant Menu: Section control elements and default section display fixed

We’ve fixed a couple of issues in our Restaurant Menu app

We've fixed the issue with section control elements in Tab layout

Previously, if only one section was defined, the section control elements (tabs) weren’t displayed, but now everything is working fine:

The name of the default (Uncategorized) section is now displayed in List and Masonry layouts
