  • Issue description: I am wanting to use the spinning wheel as part of an in-store activation. The wheel will be on a tablet and will be spun multiple times by different customers. At the moment, caching doesn’t let you spin again from the same device. Is there a way around this?

At the moment, it’s impossible to let one user spin the wheel multiple times, but we have a request for this feature on the Wishlist. You can upvote this idea here -Allow users to spin the wheel multiple times

In the meantime, I’d be happy to check if there is a custom solution. Would it work for you if the prize will be reset every hour, or you need to reset it immediately?

Thanks so much. I managed to fix it with some javascript that reloads the page and clears the cache after each spin.
