could not seem to find Social Sharing for Instagram on the share widget.
I have the ability to add my profile, but not a button to share via Insta.

Yes, unfortunately, Instagram only allows posting from their website or from their own mobile app, and they don’t allow posting from third-party apps, that’s why we don’t support Instagram in our Social Share Buttons 
However, we keep tabs on this situation, and if anything changes, I’ll make sure to update you here

I created the Share Blog Post Buttons for Social Media, however did not find the Instagram icon. Is Facebook set to go there automatically?

The thing is that Instagram doesn’t allow sharing from 3rd-party apps and there’s nothing can be done with it at the moment. This is why, the Instagram button isn’t available in the widget.
We have such a request on the Wishlist though. I’ve moved your comment to the thread, where we keep tabs on this situation. If anything changes, we’ll promptly update you here
