Request for Help with Custom CSS on Audio Player Widget

Dear Elfsight Team,

I hope this message finds you well.

I’ve been happily using your audio player widget for quite some time now, and I truly appreciate the quality and flexibility it offers.

Until recently, I had customized the widget using custom CSS to give it a YouTube-like UI, which suited my content and audience very well. However, I noticed yesterday that the layout suddenly broke — the CSS no longer works, and the grid appears distorted, making the UI no longer display as intended.

After a closer look, it seems that some of the internal class names have changed, possibly due to updates in your internal codebase. I’m not a professional developer, so it’s quite challenging for me to adapt quickly to these kinds of changes. I would greatly appreciate any guidance or help you could offer.

Also, please note that I use the widget only in mobile view, so any suggestions or fixes can be tailored specifically for mobile usage — that would be perfectly fine for my needs.

To help you better understand my issue, I’m including a link to a test widget that contains the custom CSS I had been using:

Please note that my code may be messy and amateurish — I’m always open to suggestions if you have any better or more efficient ways to implement the design.

Thank you again for your wonderful service. My students (who are the end-users of this widget) really love what you’ve built, and so do I.

Wishing you and all the developers, community managers, and everyone at Elfsight a wonderful day!

Warm regards,
Joshua

Hi there, @user12542 :waving_hand:

We’ve tried to replicate the previous design in our test widget - https://04f71c1b84b54586aa31d586f6d58663.elf.site

Does it look right? If this version doesn’t look the way you need, please describe what should be changed :slightly_smiling_face:
