I Built a inital page with the company web site data to show its feasability I now want to remove that data and use another source I can see on the dash bord how to add but not remove

At the moment, there is no way to remove all pages from the knowledge right away, but you can manually delete each page in the Web Pages section on the Knowledge tab:
