Hi Max, I’m not sure if this question has been asked or discussed elsewhere. When we are emailed the chat logs, it shows which URL the user was on. Is it possible for the AI to crawl that page and provide information directly from that page?
I have tried various prompts in our Agent Instructions and am not getting a good result.
To use a specific example, the landing page URL in mind is a product description page. We often have users visit our website directly on a product description page from an ad, and then begin to engage the chatbot. When I look at the chatlogs that are emailed to us, I can see which URL the user was on when they used the chatbot.
So I’m wondering if the AI has the ability to know/crawl the page the user is on to answer questions about the specific product.
