Problem review badge

Hello,

i have a problem with CSS code, i wrote months ago a css code and the result was what can you see attached.

In these days the style of the badge is changed in what you see in the other file attached but i didn’t modify the CSS code and infact the preview of the badge is still like i want.

How can i proceed?
