Pop up to appear when user is 50% way down the page

I have the code I need to paste into my Wordpress site, and Im thinking of adding it to the child header.php page. But I want the pop up to appear when the user is around 50% of the way down the page, how can I adjust my standard elfsight copy and paste code to work this way.
