I would like to install a pop-up widget that should appear on a website translated into 2 languages - One language is French and one language is English.
Can I use the same Pop-up widget with bilingual version ? Do I have to have two separate pop-up widgets ?

To implement this use case, you’ll need 2 separate widgets for each language version. Using 1 widget with different language is not feasible now, I am sorry 
You may also consider using our Website Translator app for this purpose. This app will translate the content of the page (including other widgets like Popup) where it’s installed to the chosen language. In this case, you’ll need only 1 Popup widget.
