Option to show who reposted the post

I have a feed of a LinkedIn user. If that user repost posts it only shows the linkedin profile of the original poster. Would be nice to have an option with the header of the user above that, just as on the LinkedIn timleline. ‘User x reposted this:’.

This feature was requested for the LinkedIn Feed app.

It’s not supported there yet, but we’ve released this feature for the Social Feed app, where the LinkedIn source is available too:

So, as a temporary solution, you can use the Social Feed app, where the author of the LinkedIn reposts is displayed

At the moment the setup for my client is the custom Linkedin Feed.

Unfortunately, it doesn’t display the repost author nor the repost text of the author, only the original avatar and original text of the original post as seen on the screenshots bellow.

Will the repost thext of the author also be displayed when this features becomes available for the custom Linkedin Feed ?

This happens because your client uses our LinkedIn Feed widget, where these features are not supported yet.

If you add this LinkedIn source to our Social Feed app, the thoughts on reposts and repost author will be displayed
