Option to include an outline image above boxed pop-up

Ad a customized image or illustration that has a transparent background that pops up above the pop up box to create greater interest.

Should this image appear simultaneously with the popup or right after a few seconds?

I would image it can be simultaneously or pop up from the pop up box… for example - a pop up about Wine on Wednesdays ( half priced wines) and two wine glasses cheering pops up above the box - so it’s part of the box, but has a transparent background that takes on it’s own shape (not in the box)… Hopefully that makes sense.
