Open form once a specific quick reply is chosen

Hi everyone,
I’m wondering if anyone has managed to trigger a **contact form ** when a user selects a specific predefined chatbot option?

I don’t want to collect data right at the start — the idea is that only when a user clicks a certain option, a r form appears asking for their contact info.

Has anyone done something similar ?
Any tips or workarounds would be appreciated!

Unfortunately, it’s impossible to trigger the form after clicking a specific quick reply. However, this idea sounds interesting, and we’ll try to consider it in the future, especially if more users upvote this request :slightly_smiling_face:
