I totally see your point and agree that this way would be much more convenient both for you and for your clients. Although at the moment we don’t have an option to release such functionality, we’ll keep searching for other ways or workarounds.

Any news about this? I’d also like this feature. I’m considering a paid plan, but only if the customer can chat through the widget without leaving the site!
The widget itself should work correctly. However, the chat will still take place on the Facebook side, as our app is basically an interface that connects your website to Facebook Messenger.
We’ll try to consider the opportunity of having the chat right on the website. Once any news comes up, we’ll update you here right away
