Would be great to chat with customers without leaving website.
Something like that:
- Welcome message appears on site
- Customer clicks ‘Chat’ button
- Customer write message inside the chat box without leaving site
- Site owner gets notification on Messanger

I totally see your point and agree that this way would be much more convenient both for you and for your clients. Although at the moment we don’t have an option to release such functionality, we’ll keep searching for other ways or workarounds.
