Not finding reviews on my Etsy shop

Hi, I’m just starting with elfsight. Apparently I cannot create a badge with my Etsy reviews. The error message is: No reviews found. Please make sure the source is correct, that it has reviews and that filter settings do not exclude all the reviews.
