Hello, I don’t want the number counter to go back to 0 when the user refreshes the page. For example: Happy client 10390, when the user refreshes the page, the number counter returns to 10000.

I’d love to say that at the moment the number should not go back to 0 after the refresh.
If it’s still an issue for you, could you please contact our Support Team and provide the link to the page with the widget?

Please note that we can’t provide any specifics at this stage, as we’re still in the process of estimating potential solutions. Let’s hope we’ll see it in the “In Progress” status, though!

We’re happy to share that counter won’t be refreshed if the page is reloaded 
Guys, currently, this feature is available only in the widgets created after this release. However, the good news is that we can manually update your existing widgets on our end
