I would love it you could make it more customizable. Being able to gradient the colors would be huge!

We agree that it would be awesome to choose gradient colors right in the settings, and we’ll try to think about it in the future 
As for now, I’d be happy to find a custom solution for you. Do I get it right that you’d like to have a gradient background?

We’re happy to share that now it’s possible to set a custom background (including Gradient option) right in the settings:
Currently, this feature is available only in the widgets created after this release. However, the good news is that we can manually update your existing widgets on our end
