I’m interested in finding a searchable member directory plugin for squarespace, that can be edited by the member of their own profile. Both members and non-members should be able to search this directory. Or, is there something already available?

We have a Team Showcase app, which might be a nice option for you. You can invite your team members to edit the widget, starting with the Pro plan. This article explains how you can do this -Sharing Access to Your Elfsight Account and Widgets - Elfsight Help Center.
