You used to have captions in your Logo Showcase widgets only on hover. Now, you have an option to display your caption right below the logos 
Here’s a brief instruction on how to do so:
- Go to your widget Content tab and make sure that Caption is there
- Go to Layout tab → How to Show Caption → Below logo
BTW, Style tab → Logo Style will help you change your Caption look and feel
