Issue with two decimals display in calculator

Currently the interest rate field only defaults to one decimal place (4.5%) and does not allow two decimal places (4.49%). Most interest rates are two decimal places so this is needed for accurate calculations of monthly payments, etc. Thank you for considering this important change.

Hi @user18374

you can use the Slider Step to have two decimal places.

Thank you, I will amend my request to DISPLAY the interest rate with two (or more) decimal places. Currently, although it looks like the calculator allows multiple decimal settings, it shows a rounded number to the first decimal place, which is confusing to the user. See image for example.

Hmm, i have two places. The slider step is 0,01
it just doesn’t show zero eg: 5,50% shows 5,5%

Thank you for looking at this request.

On the live calculator display on the page, the display rounds the decimal to tenths and shows only one number after the decimal. I do not see any setting that allows me to change that for the display.

Hi there, @user18374

Hmm, that’s really weird. Everything is working fine in Sina’s and my widget, but there is an issue with your widget.

I’ve passed it on to the devs and will update you once any news comes up :slightly_smiling_face:

@Max What was the problem with him?

For some reason, there was a wrong setting for the decimal places in the widget’s config, but the devs fixed it :slightly_smiling_face:
