I checked my affiliate income and thought I didn’t get commission from one client, but now I’m looking at conversations and found I didn’t get commission for two clients. They were new; they signed up with my link and got an affiliate discount. But I didn’t get anything in return. I opened a ticket and got a generic reply. Looks like no one is interested in supporting affiliate partners?

Posting in a public forum may not be the best way to get results. Where exactly did you make your support request, and was it done on the weekend? Weekend posts to staff likely won’t be seen until the following Monday. Rest assured that once someone from Elfsight actually sees your message, you’ll receive more than an automated acknowledgement.
I created a ticket 4 days ago, and I received a generic reply stating that the staff will reply via email for further assistance. I’m waiting for a reply
