I need advice how to integrate contact form on Elfsignt with my post and e-mail adress at my domain provider home.pl directly. I do not want to use zapier, chimpmail and so on.
I would also like to know how can I embedd contact form at my website built with canva.com.

If you want to receive form submission at your email address, just enable Email Notification option in the Notify Me section on the Email tab of your widget’s settings and add your email:
If add the email address, but you don’t receive form submissions, please let me know. I’ll be happy to check things for you
