Hi - I am facing the same issue. In the public account field, after entering username, the spinner appears and after a few mins, error message is returned: Unable to collect Instagram posts.

All handles entered returned the same error:
: Unable to collect Instagram posts. Make sure that the source is set correctly, the account is not private and has posts. If it didn’t help, contact us at support@elfsight.com.
I can clarify that the handles are not private and have posts.

I took a look at several widgets, and in all of them, the posts aren’t showing because of the filters you’re using.
For example, with the Test_Test4_2023 widget, you’ve added 4 post link to the filters:
Right now, the widget pulls in the 50 most recent posts from the account. The posts you’re trying to display are quite old and fall outside of this limit. If you remove the filters, the most recent posts will show up in the feed.
Give it a try and let me know if that clears things up or if you have any more questions
