Instagram Feed: Accessibility issues fixed

Our dev team addressed a bunch of accessibility issue in our Instagram Feed app :hammer_and_wrench:

  • SVG got alt attributes

  • redundant aria-label attributes were removed from the buttons with text

  • Added aria-description with a warning for links that open in a new tab

  • In the Slider layout, only visible posts are now accessible for keyboard navigation
