Indicate/celebrate goal has been met

We are using Number Counter with three fields:

  1. Number of Donors
  2. Amount raised so far
  3. Goal

It would be great to add functionality of "IF [#2 is equal or more than #3], THEN [activate confetti GIF, animate #2, or something else visual and celebratory].
