Lots of wedding professionals use Hitched & Bridebook to gain reviews, I would love to be able to import Hitched reviews into the review widget as that’s where most of the reviews I have are there.

Surely it’s a simple change to the wedding wire one to implement? They are the same company

Although Hitched and Wedding Wire companies are from the same industry, these are 2 different sources, and it’s not as easy as it might seem to implement it right away.
We consider requests based on their complexity and popularity. So, if this source gains more votes, we’ll try to consider it in the future.
As a workaround, you can use the Custom Source option and add the reviews manually

Hey Max, thanks for your help so far. Just to clarify, Wedding Wire, The Knot & Hitched are all the same company. The Brand names represent the different countries they operate in. Their websites, etc., are also exactly mirrored from country to country. For example:

The second link is my listing, the first is an American Wedding Wire link. What’s annoying from my end is that the whole process is exactly the same except the widget importer only allows it from weddingwire domains. If it was altered to also allow hitched domains too, I don’t believe any further work would be required on your end

I’ve checked the info about these companies and found that WeddingWire and The Knot are actually part of the same parent company, while Hitched is a separate platform.
I understand that it serves a similar purpose, but it works independently. I’ve also talked to the devs, and unfortunately, they mentioned that our data provider doesn’t support the Hitched source. That’s why it’s not possible to easily integrate this source into the widget.
I hope this clarifies things.
If this idea becomes popular, we’ll try to think about the ways to add this source to the app. I’ll update you here if receive any news

Hi Max, thanks for coming back to me. Just to verify the info, Hitched and Wedding Wire are both owned by The Knot. Their websites are also exactly the same!

Got it, but anyway, since the Hitched source isn’t supported by our data provider, there is no way to add to the app now.
