I’m making a calculator to help people figure out if they can build an ADU in their backyard. To do that, it would be very helpful to have the PV function so I can calculate the maximum they could spend.

Do I understand right that ADU prices can change with time, and you want to dynamically show these change by pulling the info from a specific source?
