Hi there and welcome to the Community, @Rik_Schario :waving_hand:

You can make the background transparent using the Color option in the Background section on the Style tab:

If it doesn’t help, please send me a link to the page, where your widget is installed :slightly_smiling_face:

Hi Max, thanks you for the quick reply, ..i already use an Gradient for the BG… Since transparent IS Not posible, cause it creates a Default White BG :person_shrugging:

…but i m talking about the overall Background of the iframe, that creates this White frame as shown in my Pic!?

Yep, I understand. However, this white frame doesn’t appear in the widget configurator, this is why we need a link to the page, where your widget is installed:

If you don’t want to share a link here, you can send it to me in a personal message. For this, click on my profile image and choose Message:

in the widget configurator it also appears, but in dark mode??? however, if it comes to reality it has an wite frame which looks super ugly, so i just want to remove the padding or margin! I thought i have seen it while register on the website, in the beginning, which makes no sense at all to me! cause you only can setup one time when you not aware of the consequences, so maybe the makers of elfsight should check this to take it into the customicer, …beside that it looks everywhere the same, so why u insist on the link ??? !!!

DO YOU HAVE AN ANSWER OR NOT !!! ?

This white frame doesn’t appear in the configurator with any mode. Please check the screenshot to make sure of it:

Additionally, I’ve checked your widget via Share Link and the white frame doesn’t appear there either. In the screenshot below, I’ve highlighted the borders of the widget container. As you can see, the widget’s takes the full space without an additional frame:

This means, that the white frame appears because of your website styles applied to the container, where you’ve placed the widget.

Thus, to see what styles cause this issue, we need to check the website where the widget is installed - devs confirmed that.

I hope this clarifies things.

Would it be an option for you to share a link with us?
