I need help installing the portfolio

I would like to install the portfolio on my blogger homepage, but I couldn’t. There is no way to hire a plan without first seeing it working. I already added the email elfsight.blogger@gmail.com as author, but there was no response. I would like help, because I am testing to acquire a plan and would like to test it before.
