I don’t know what I’m doing wrong. I have inserted the first line of code in my Joomla template (Joomshaper Helix Ultimate) after Body. Then inserted the second line of code with the Raw/Html module on the corresponding page. Unfortunately this does not work. Have I done something wrong?

Unfortunately, it does not work according to the instructions.

There were 2 reasons why the widget didn’t appear on the page:
The display period you’ve set is over, that’s why the widget didn’t show up. I’ve disabled the schedule option, but you can set the new one with the correct dates if needed:

I’ve replaced it with the right link and now the widget appears on the page:
