customer placed positive review via Google. When she Googles her own name Google links het to her review on my site. She deleted The review from Google but it is still on my site visible. How to exclude this review from my website / page

You can use filters to exclude a certain review. Firstly, you need to click on Filters section on the Source tab:
Then choose Exclude Reviews and add Author Name or Keyword:

I see that you’ve excluded a review by Stephanja Jonker in this widget and it’s not displayed at the moment.
You provided me with a screenshot from https://ravenbikefitting.nl/ and I can see that it’s not Elfsight widget.
Please let me know if this clarifies the situation or if you have any further questions

You can’t delete the Google review itself unless the reviewer removes it from Google, but since it’s displayed on your own website, you can easily hide or remove it using your widget settings
