Hi, I’m interested in having a frontend filter to show only some event filtered by date / tag / category.
For example, on the page on the site where an event is described, have a shortcode that only shows the date of a particular event without seeing the list of all the events. For example, I have an event related to gymnastics sessions but also music and poetry events. I would therefore like to display only the list of dates of the gymnastics events and nothing else.

Happy to say that it’s possible to display only a specific category by defaults. This guide explains how you can achieve this - Event Calendar: How to make certain filter selected by default
