We are using the Elfsight Google Reviews Carousel widget and would like to know if it is possible to filter the displayed reviews so that only 5-star ratings appear in the carousel. After reviewing the available widget settings and filters, it is unclear whether this functionality is supported natively, requires a specific plan, or is restricted due to Google review policies. We are seeking confirmation and any recommended approach or workaround if available.

You must connect a source so filter options can appear here’s an example:

The statement “Rating at Least 5 Stars” means only 5 stars will appear and you can make it 4 stars if you want both 4 & 5 stars to appear:

Adore is absolutely right, you just need to set a Rating at Least 5 star in the Filters section an you’ll be fine!
