To change Tag Name/Tag URL in Ghost Blog, you can follow these.
#1. In the left sidebar click Tags
#2. Click the tag you want to change Tag Name or URL
#3. Click the box Name to change Tag Name or Slug to change URL
#4. Enter your new Tag Name or URL in the box
#5. Click Save
#6. Result
