To delete a Post or a Page in Ghost Blog, you can follow these.
#1. In the left sidebar click Post or Page
#2. Click the title of the post or page you want to delete
#3. Click the symbol in the upper right corner of the screen
#4. Drag down and click Delete Post or Delete Page
#5. Click Delete in the red box
