To add File Upload to Squarespace Form Block, you can follow these.
#1. Edit Form Block and choose Edit Form Fields
#2. Next, you click ADD FIELD
#3. Then, you choose File Upload
#4. You can add your file here
#5. Result
When you click on the file, it will automatically download to your pc.
