Hide one label when when sliding over to certain side

At the moment, both labels show all time which is confusing to the user.
I’d like one label to be hidden once you move the slider all the way to one end. For example, if you move all the way ‘before’ side, the ‘after’ label should disappear then to not confuse a user.
