Especially when there are items which are connected to conditional logics, it would be very helpful to hide items instead of deleting it. For example when you use a Form for Job applications and the job is away, I need to delete it in total. But if I need to add this job again, I need to recreate everything, which takes a lot of time especially if there are conditional logics which needs to be rebuild.
