I would like to be able to either, show the CITIES, or let me put a link to send those people to. When they see the start of the address, they don’t know what city that is in unless they click on it

You can add the name of the city to the Source Name field/ For example:

As for the opportunity to set custom links for the Write a Review button, we already have such a request in the Wishlist. You can keep an eye on it here - Ability to change the source link
