We’ve addressed the issue with Import Location via CSV option in our Google Maps app 
Previously, when adding locations via CSV, the “Action on Marker Click” setting was left blank, leading to confusion as clicking on a marker did nothing. Now, this setting automatically defaults to “Open Info Window” for all uploaded locations.
