Hello,

In line with the requirements of the EU AI Act and the GDPR, we understand that - similarly to websites - users should provide consent to the Privacy Policy before initiating interaction with the chatbot.

Could you please clarify how we can best implement this? Specifically, we would like to have a checkbox ensuring users explicitly accept the Privacy Policy prior to starting a conversation with the bot.

To add a consent checkbox, please go to the Skills tab and add Collect Contacts:

Then select Require Before Agent’s Answer and check off the Consent Checkbox:
