I thought we could have Fresha reviews seen after the comment from Support Specialist saying it was active…. BUT it’s not adding our several hundred reviews. Please help me understand. Thanks
Please sync the Fresha reviews with the All-in-One Reviews app. We have over 700 reviews already…. It appears the ElfSight techs had started working on it, but not sure how to keep it moving forward. Thanks

Let me clear up the confusion ![]()
So, about the Fresha reviews — right now, automatic review syncing isn’t supported for Fresha. This means that to add reviews, you’ll need to manually copy them from the platform and add to the widget. It’s the same process for all sources that don’t yet support auto-syncing.
You’ll find more info on this when you click on the Fresha option in the settings:
We’ve included Fresha in the All-in-One Reviews app mainly as a template for the Custom Review Source for now. It was added to cover all the popular Review platforms and let you just click on this source with the icon and the name pre-filled to save you the hassle.
While we’re not planning to add automatic syncing for Fresha in the near future, we’re always working to improve things, and it might be something we look into down the road!
