I think it would be a great addition to Elfsite to have Fresha reviews that automatically update.
I cannot but agree that it would be amazing to automatically collect and update the Fresha reviews. We’ll try to consider this opportunity in our future updates. We’ll keep you posted here
Many thanks for sharing your thoughts and welcome to the Community!
hi,
I am prepared to purchase the premium plan asap if we can automatically retreive Fresha reviews.
Hey there, and welcome to the Community, @user9201
Right now, unfortunately, it’s impossible to do this, but I’ve shared your feedback with the dev team and, hopefully, they’ll find a solution in one of the future updates
Use Case: Fresha Review Widget
Purpose:
To provide businesses on Fresha with an embeddable widget that displays customer reviews on their websites or social media platforms. This tool would help businesses build credibility, improve engagement, and convert website visitors into customers.
Key Features of the Fresha Review Widget
- Real-Time Reviews Display:
• Automatically pull customer reviews from Fresha in real-time to keep the widget up-to-date.
• Showcase overall rating, recent reviews, and reviewer details.
- Customizable Design:
• Allow users to modify the widget’s appearance (e.g., color scheme, font style) to match their website branding.
• Include multiple layouts (carousel, grid, or list).
- Filter Options:
• Display only reviews with specific ratings (e.g., 4+ stars).
• Highlight featured or most helpful reviews.
- Call-to-Action (CTA):
• Include a “Book Now” button linked directly to the business’s Fresha booking page.
• Option to embed a “Write a Review” button for customers to leave feedback.
- Responsiveness:
• Ensure the widget is mobile-friendly and performs seamlessly across devices.
- Multi-Language Support:
• Allow businesses in different regions to display reviews in the language of their customers.
