The Phone field just got even better with a new country selection feature, dynamic masks, and other cool options designed to make collecting phone numbers easier, faster, and more accurate for both you and your users.
Key Features
Country Selection with Dynamic Masks & Formatting
The Phone field now lets users select their country, and the mask and formatting will automatically adjust to match the selected country’s number formats.
This ensures phone numbers are entered correctly every time, no matter where your users are from!
Flexible Validation
You can now submit phone numbers even if they’re temporarily outdated. Numbers are validated as long as they match the length in the libphonenumber database — or even if they’re a little longer, with a small buffer.
This gives users flexibility while ensuring their numbers are valid.
Reset Formatting for Invalid Numbers
If an entered number doesn’t match any format in the database, the mask and formatting will reset to signal an error.
But don’t worry, users can still enter these numbers for extra flexibility when needed.
Seamless Editing with Free Cursor Movement
Now, you can move the cursor freely through the number, making it easier than ever to add, delete, or replace digits.
No more frustrating limits on editing — just a smooth experience for your users.
