Form(s) across multiple urls

Hi, I am wanting to have a form or series of connected forms where each next button leads to an unlinked page with another form. I’ve linked the page here to show one of the pages. The second page would have a different set of images to look at and choose. The whole process is to build the outer and inner pages of the journal. The image choice option in the form builder isn’t quite big enough to show enough detail to work for what I need.

I would be okay having 3 different forms as long as the responses could be linked together somehow.

Is something like this possible?

Hi there, @humbleheartpress :waving_hand:

I see that you’ve already created a multistep form using our Form Builder with different image choice option on each form page. Does this setup work for your case?

If not, please describe what you’d like to change :slightly_smiling_face:

Thank you! Yes, I have been playing around with the form builder quite a bit. The image choice will work for the cover, but the inside pages are too detailed to be seen well with that option. For that reason I need to have a carousel of images on the site to view. This would require a different layout for the webpage for that section.

Got it, thanks!

In this case, the only solution is to add image carousels directly on your website pages. After that, create a separate form widget with a standard layout (not multistep) for each page, and set the Post-Submit Action to Redirect to a URL:

This way, you’ll place Form A on the page with Carousel A. After the form is submitted, you’ll be redirected to the page with Carousel B, where Form B should also be installed and so on.

I hope this explains things.

Thanks for the clarification! How do I match the different responses together, so that there isn’t confusion if someone fills out only one form instead of both?

Unfortunately, there is no way to pull responses from different forms into one submission, spreadsheet, etc.

I completely get your use case and agree that it’s not really convenient to track responses from the same person in different submissions, but it’s the only possible workaround for now. I am really sorry!
